A couple of years ago I saw a fantastic photo by my uncle and photography teacher Domenico "Sem" Semeraro (his website is here domenicosemerarofoto.jimdo.com ) and a whole album (Weather Changes) instantly formed in my mind. I recorded it and obtained his permission to use his photo for the cover. After some time, he sent me another photo, and again an album (Fabric) composed itself in my mind, I only had to record it. That's how our ongoing collaboration started, and what you can listen to now is but one of the results. The great picture you can see on the cover immediately generated this album in my head; it was both the mental map and the musical score for it. It’s a work I’m very happy with, a new kind of music for me, and it was a lot of fun to make. Very special thanks to Sem for his fundamental help and contribution (and for coming up with the album’s title)!

Un paio d'anni fa vidi una fantastica foto scattata da mio zio e personale maestro di fotografia Domenico "Sem" Semeraro (il suo sito è qui domenicosemerarofoto.jimdo.com ), ed un intero album (Weather Changes) si formò istantaneamente nella mia mente. Lo registrai ed ottenni il suo permesso di usare quella foto per la copertina. Dopo qualche tempo mi mandò un'altra foto, e di nuovo un album intero (Fabric) si compose nella mia mente, dovetti solo registrarlo. E' così che la nostra collaborazione ebbe inizio, e quello che avete fra le mani ora è solo uno dei risultati. La bellissima foto che vedete in copertina generò immediatamente questo album nella mia testa, ne è stata mappa mentale e spartito musicale. E' un lavoro di cui sono molto soddisfatto, un tipo di musica nuova per me, ed un gran divertimento da realizzare.
Un enorme ringraziamento a Sem per il suo fondamentale aiuto e contributo (e anche per aver trovato il titolo per l'album)!
