This album was inspired by the beautiful photo by Domenico "Sem" Semeraro you can see on the cover. That image made me think of freedom, of leaving behind what is not part of us anymore: burdens, pain, false obligations...
Just looking at that picture made the title track come out spontaneously, followed by the whole album.

"Loving Guidance" is for my Uncle Sem, with immense gratitude.
